(1) The Chief Name Registration Officer shall publish the final Electoral Rolls received from the Assistant Name Registration Officer in the format as referred to in Schedule-7 pursuant to Sub-rule (3) of Rule 24 in his or her Office along with a notice in the format as referred to in Schedule-8 within the time mentioned in the programme.
(2) Prior to publishing the final Electoral Rolls as referred to in Subrule (1), the Chief Name Registration Officer shall sign each page of such final Electoral Rolls.
(3) A recognizance deed on the publication of final Electoral Rolls pursuant to this Rule shall be prepared in the format as referred to in Schedule-2.
